He has been qualified and testified over twenty times on commercial and intellectual property damages and valuation in U.S. Federal court and by various States, local and regulatory bodies.

Rich Goeldner is an Executive Director with FairValue Advisors®. Since 1991, Rich has appraised hundreds of closely-held businesses in a broad range of industries. His appraisal and advisory services have been provided to Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies in the middle-market, as well as M&A firms and the Internal Revenue Service.
